YEAR 4 TERMS 1&2
We hope you have all had a good rest and recharged your batteries ready for a new school year. You have already impressed us by showing super mature attitudes and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
There will be lots of exciting things happening this year, including our residential trip to the Isle of Wight in March. This term, as part of our History, we will be learning about the Roman withdrawal from Britain and the subsequent Anglo-Saxon invasions. We have managed to borrow some fascinating artefacts from a museum to enhance our learning.
Just a few things to remember:
- Please have your P.E. kit in school all week.
- Homework will be given out on a Wednesday and returned the following Monday.
- Big Write will continue on Fridays
Please make sure you have: a pencilcase (containing a suitable ink pen); a drink bottle and your bookbag every day.
