Welcome back! I hope you have all had a really enjoyable summer break.
This term our topic is 'Fire, Fire!'.
In history we will be finding out about Samuel Pepys and the Great Fire of London, and about Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder plot. In science we will be learning about materials and their properties, and how they change when heated or cooled. We will of course be
In literacy we will be listening to the stories of the Fire Bird, Icarus and other myths.
We will of course be learning about safety when near fire, heated appliances and fireworks.
Please make sure the children have trainers for outdoor play and PE as well as PE kit for Wednesday and Friday.
